Qui e Ora (Here and Now) is a poetic and participatory documentary on the sensitive subject of the end of life experience in hospice. It aims to educate on palliative care and hospice care. Set in an Italian hospice, it fights the social stigma of pain, portraying death as a natural aspect of life. As well as promoting the appreciation of the little moments: the Here and Now.
Qui e Ora (Here and Now) is currently running at film festivals. It has been awarded Best Short Documentary at Venice Short Film Festival, Silver Award at Independent Film Awards in LA, selected at the Short and Sweet film festivals in Utah and at the First-Time Filmmakers session of London.
